Cool Beanz Coffee is a local coffee stand that has continued to serve cafe-quality coffee at drive-through speeds to the surrounding Springfield/Eugene community for over 16 years. We seek someone eager to learn how to carefully craft, engineer, and master caffeinated beverages. Barista Job Description

A successful barista has a passion for both people and coffee. They are able to stay positive and collected under pressure. They thrive in a team-oriented environment and are clear communicators. They are effective at remembering orders, multitasking, and coordinating with teammates.

These are some of the key skills we require to maintain our high-quality product and service standards. When not serving customers, it is vital to restock supplies, wash dishes, replenish drip coffee, and prep the stand for later in the day. We work as a team and make sure not to leave anyone behind. We will work with you, challenge you, and encourage you to become a better barista. We expect these same qualities from everyone on the team.

Current Oregon food handlers card (or the ability to get one)

Customer service experience

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 5am-6pm

Saturday: 7am-6pm

Sunday: 7am-5pm
