Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing with experience in long term care. Experience in an ADON role is preferred but not required. We are looking for a leader that can assist in increasing our quality of care.

Duties:

- Manage and lead the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate and oversee nursing care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities
- Provide leadership in clinical operations, including shift management and nurse management
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct documentation review to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Active LVN or RN license
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in managing nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
