Creative Mortgage Solutions Corp is Hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator Near Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential borrowers to discuss their financial goals and determine their eligibility for a mortgage loan
- Collect and analyze financial information, such as income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio, to assess the borrower's ability to repay the loan
- Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process, explaining different loan options and helping them choose the best one for their needs
- Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan approval process
- Maintain knowledge of current mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan origination process
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role preferred
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, including conventional loans, FHA loans, and VA loans
- Familiarity with escrow and contract processes
- Proficient in math calculations and 10-key typing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
