About the Customer Service role:
  • Processing incoming orders from web, email, phone calls, EDI.
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, problems, and product related questions.
  • Resolving order and invoice issues.
  • Assisting customers to identify the right products/solutions by quickly acquiring product information.
  • Navigate between web-based systems.
  • Managing customer communication through various channels.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across various teams.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Ability to handle customer calls promptly and professionally
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required). Associate Degree or equivalent experience in related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience with MS Office and ERP systems. Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience expected
  • Experience with medical products, business-to-business, preferred
  • Home healthcare equipment market experience a plus
  • Experienced using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
Compensation: Market competitive relative to experience. Signing bonus available. Submit resume with history or requirements.
