- Processing incoming orders from web, email, phone calls, EDI.
- Opening and maintaining customer accounts.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, problems, and product related questions.
- Resolving order and invoice issues.
- Assisting customers to identify the right products/solutions by quickly acquiring product information.
- Navigate between web-based systems.
- Managing customer communication through various channels.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across various teams.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Experience with medical products, business-to-business, preferred
- Home healthcare equipment market experience a plus
- Experienced using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
