We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager for Student Housing property in Milledgeville, GA. This includes working with prospective residents to identify their housing needs, showing available units, completing lease agreements, working with the maintenance staff, collect payments and assisting with move-ins and move-outs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective residents to discuss their housing needs and assist them in identifying suitable units
• Show available units to prospective residents and provide them with information about the property, amenities, and lease terms
• Complete lease agreements and ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner
• Screen prospective residents’ applications to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for acceptance in accordance with company policies
• Assist with the move-in process, including conducting property inspections, understanding the property management software, and assisting with paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity and perform regular follow-up with prospective and current residents
• Collect payments or take action as needed on delinquencies

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in property management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and property management software
