We are looking for the right Full-time, Front Office/Patient Coordinator to join our fun and hardworking team. Our office has a 32 hour work week and work 180 days a year. We are a fee for service one Dr. / one Hygienist General Dental office with an emphasis on TMJ and bite rehabilitation treatment.
This position requires a multi-task ,detailed oriented person with high energy, outgoing and fun personality, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, congenial and sensitive attitude toward our patients. You must have exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and always have the mind set of putting the patients first. Our patients are our family.
Eaglesoft dental software experience is recommended. Knowledge of the dental field and computer skills are a must.
The primary responsibilities would include patient communication, keeping the schedule full, posting payments, resolving insurance questions, checking patients in and out, helping make sure quality patient care comes first and various other administrative duties.
