Seeking a highly reliable, conscientious, friendly team player for a full-time (26-28 hours per week) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant position in our Williamsville office. Surgical experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE: Typically 26-28 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am 4:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am 12:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare patients for diagnosis and treatment, ensuring their comfort
• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures
• Sterilization of instruments
• Prepare treatment rooms for surgical procedures
• Perform post-operative patient care
• Document patient medical and dental history and treatment notes in patient's clinical chart
• Take x-rays and iCat scans, as needed
• Clean and stock operatories
