Labor Source of South Carolina has immediate openings for General Laborers in the Commercial Construction Industry!

For consideration, we ask for all General Labor applicants to submit a resume and/or work history detailing your employment over the last three years or have relevancy in Commercial Construction.

All General Labor candidates must be able to provide proper identification as we are an E-Verify/EOE.

Job Duties include, but not limited to;

• Moving materials
• Clean work sites
• Move construction or extraction materials to locations where they are needed
• Load or unload materials
• Mark reference points on construction materials
• Dig holes or trenches
• Assist skilled construction or extraction personnel
• Assemble and/or Dismantle temporary structures
• Clean equipment or facilities
• Maintain construction tools
• Clean surfaces in preparation for work activities
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Conditions and Requirements include but not limited to:

• Wear Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection or Hard Hats as required (we provide glasses, gloves, vest and hard hat)
• Exposure with Heavy Duty Equipment
• Outdoors, Exposed to Weather (Very Hot or Cold Temperatures)
• Spend Time Using Your Hands to Handle, Control, or Feel Objects
• Work with Work Group or Team
• Sounds, Noise Levels Are Distracting
• Standing, Bending or Twisting the Body
• Kneeling, Crouching, Stooping, or Crawling
• Spend Time Making Repetitive Motions
• Adherence to safety requirements of the job site
• Compliance with attendance policies and responsibilities:

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
