We’re now expanding the business to include a Marketplace that showcases culinary products and unique gifts from across the lowcountry in a welcoming, educational retail environment. Join our Marketplace team, and share southern delicacies with visitors from around the world.

Responsibilities:

• We are currently seeking Sales Associates primarily responsible for contributing to the overall performance of our retail store, assisting store management with generating sales, recruiting and networking, inventory management, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness, and adhering to the Savannah Taste Experience culture.
• Consistently achieve individual goals that support store objectives.
• Drive revenue by providing a highly memorable, educational, and personalized shopping experience through product knowledge, concierge-level service, and an exceptional store environment.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment; communicate all merchandise-related concerns to management.
• Provide product samples to customers and maintain/sanitize sample stations.
• Assist purveyors and makers before, during, and after in-store promotional and educational events.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all store merchandise and ensure the shop is well-stocked; effectively organize the stockroom.
• Execute and deliver high quality responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring customer service is a priority.
• Ensure all customer concerns are addressed with the manager and resolved.
• Operate the POS system correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately ship online customer orders.
