Hormone/weight loss/aesthetics office seeking Patient Coordinator/Receptionist for 32 hours per week. Clinic hours M-Th 7:30-4:30 & every other Friday 8-12. (Hours may vary). Duties include initial phone contact, routing messages, checking and responding to emails, checking and responding to text messages, scheduling, medication refills, teaching, clerical/receptionist duties and additional as needed. MUST have an outgoing personality and able to take on duties unsupervised! Needs to be competent with use of computers and EMR systems. Medical office experience required .
