Dudum Real Estate Group is Hiring a Social Media Coordinator Near Walnut Creek, CA

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative Social Media Coordinator with experience and a passion for connecting and engaging with current and future clients, as well as communication and relationship building with realtors within the company. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for the real estate brokerage in all social media spaces. They will manage, design, and execute all social media marketing and advertising for the company and provide suggestions, resources, and content for the realtors - a team of approximately 160 people.

Administration duties:

  • Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Content management (includes copy editing and copywriting)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users / reviews
  • Identify target customers
  • Create social media training materials and/or library materials
  • Audit individual agent social media channels / digital footprint
  • Create social media reports for individual agents
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, channels, design and strategy
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile regular reports for Executive Team showing results (ROI)
  • Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective

Content management duties:

  • Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, high-quality content
  • Create monthly publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
  • Create monthly content library for individual agent promotion
  • Leverage the right tools to manage content
  • Curate and post monthly content for company blog via SquareSpace
  • Work closely with Marketing Department to integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

Qualifications and experience:

  • Two years of experience in similar field
  • Administrative or business background
  • Excellent writing and language skills
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide individual agents when necessary (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management)
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs like Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial, Later or other
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Intermediate experience with Indesign, Photoshop, Canva, SquareSpace or other

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
