Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Bench Sales Recruiter at ORBITAR IT located in Atlanta, GA. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Develop and continuously update detailed profiles for bench consultants, emphasizing their skills, experience, and strengths.
  • Create and maintain a current database of available bench consultants.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets with the minimum closures assigned by management.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify current job trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and skill demands in the IT industry.
  • Source job requirements from various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and staffing agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively match bench consultants to suitable job openings.
  • Regularly update clients about the availability of bench consultants and their skill sets.
  • Submit profiles of suitable bench consultants to job openings and clients.
  • Follow up with clients and recruiters to track the progress of submitted profiles.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and bench consultants.
  • Prepare bench consultants for interviews by providing insights into client expectations and job requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, including rates and contract details, with clients.
  • Ensure successful closure of deals and placement of bench consultants.
  • Manage all necessary documentation for bench consultants, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, placement success rates, and consultant feedback.
  • Seek feedback from clients and consultants to improve marketing and sales processes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training to bench consultants on market trends, resume building, and interview skills.
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill development among the team to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

  • Prior Bench sales experience and US IT recruiting skills
  • Account Management and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience in the IT industry
