Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional to join our parenting program. As part of this role, you'll contribute to our parenting program, facilitating skills training for the NBI Team and guiding the implementation of parenting intensives. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and executing new parenting treatment protocols that resonate with NBI's mission and values, all with the aim of consistently improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Licensed Professional (e.g., Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI), Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI), Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI))
• Demonstrated experience in program development, supervision, and implementation within a clinical setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with families affected by neurobehavioral disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
