Homelessness Street Outreach: Uses a strength-based, community-centered approach in supporting the growth of a healthier community through the coordination of community services and other supports and resources for unsheltered people. *The importance of communication skills and teamwork in the work place to give the customer a good experience is essential for the Piñon Project. Clients must never leave with a feeling they have been slighted because the employee did not know their job and no client should ever be met with the response “I don’t know, that isn’t my department.”
