ATG is looking for an Investor Relations Associate. Our client is a private investment firm founded in 2001 that specializes in exclusive access to unique alternative investments.

Associate, Investor Relations:

We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our Team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Investor Relations Team and helping to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of our business and the responsibilities of Investor Relations and Capital Formation. This position also offers a pathway for career growth within the organization based on demonstrated value and performance. The individual will report to a Senior member of the Investor Relations Team and work very closely with all members of the Investor Relations Team. A strong desire to provide support and do so with excellence is integral for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create raving fans of our existing Partners through operational and relational excellence
• Work within and across Teams to deliver seamless onboarding for new Partner relationships
• Maintain and manage activity related to Partner relationships within the firm’s CRM
• Experience in Financial Services, Investments or Family Offices is a plus, but not required
• Series 65 license is a plus, but not required

Success as an Investor Relations Associate will be measured by your:

• Ability to deliver quality work, on time, with excellent attention to detail
• Focus on finding ways to help our Team succeed and provide significant value to our Partners
• Capacity to work within and across Teams to bring success to all members of the firm

Requirements:

• Based in the Houston office
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with exacting attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
• Outgoing personality and the ability to interact effectively with groups
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Basic competencies in CRM software, especially Salesforce, is a plus, but not required

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary will be commensurate with experience
• Bonus opportunities tied to value added to the organization and firm profitability
