Our Boston boutique B2B creative agency client is hiring a Sr Art Director/Copwriter – a smart creative, who can art direct and write copy.
Responsibilities:
- Being both left and right brain, they will take complex subject matter and translate it into relatable, bite-size and easily understood visual and written content. The client base is primarily in the healthcare, sustainability, life sciences, and technology spaces.
- The agency is known for its human-to-human insights and creative execution that touches the hearts and minds of target audiences. This unique person, who through their wild imagination, will directly impact brand activation and audience effective behavior.
- They are part of ideation and creative development, where they’re taking an idea to completion – providing visualization for clients with strategy. This includes being hands-on across all channels – including video, animation, photo shoot and websites direction with solid user experience best practices. In addition, they will be integral to project scoping strategy and budget adherence.
- This emotionally intelligent person is a personable, energetic, entrepreneurial, free-spirited, smart communicator who can simplify complex ideas and concepts with the execution of high-level creative.
- They must be able to present to senior leadership and to global and national clients with energy and skill to explain the WHY behind presented creative.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of professional work experience within an ad agency with healthcare, sustainability, life sciences, and/or technology industry experience is required.
- Standard design/editing software skills are required.
- Only candidates with portfolios of multi-channel work that demonstrate brilliant conceptual, development and execution - i.e. clarity and simplification of ideas, along with human touch points - will be considered for the role.
