Duties
- Basic Knowledge of Lumber is a plus
- Basic Knowledge of Machines and Mechanical Process is a plus
- Able to manage a team of 10-15 employees on night shift

- Develop and implement production plans to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Oversee assembly systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in supply chain management practices.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
