Position Summary:

Seeking individuals with financial sales experience who are motivated closers and want to make uncapped commissions. If you have been a top closer in other financial sales industries, we want YOU to apply. Only seeking the best closers for our sales team.

The Account Manager will work in our direct call center environment helping consumers nationwide. The Account Manager will help consult and guide our prospective consumers who have applied directly with Ladder Loans for debt resolution options. We currently have over 250 QUALIFIED DIRECT MAIL LEADS coming in daily. You would be responsible for speaking with 7-10 qualified debt settlement candidates daily. Building quick rapport and dissecting their financial goals. The leads are directly targeted for very high debt amounts which means more money in your pocket! Our leads are targeted for high debt amounts (averaging $42K per month), this means higher commissions for you! We intentionally focus on clients with higher debt balances and the highest quality leads per agent. We are a company that genuinely cares about the success of our employees. We work hard to create a fun and competitive culture. Low end producers are averaging $7K-$9K/month, above average producers average $10K-$14K/month and top producers can expect to make $18K-$38K/month. We offer daily and weekly cash spiffs, along with a senior agent bonus (if eligible).

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs.
• Analyze consumer specific situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate debt resolution.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft and Google
• Experience with Debt Pay Pro & Salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals.
• Ability to read a credit report.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
