This Personal Injury Attorney will be able to accept the challenge of winning injury claims with our well-established firm in the Northwest Valley. Gerber Injury Law has a 14-year record of growth with Ken Gerber who has 30 years of Personal Injury Law experience. Job Description:

• Develop relationships with our clients, staff, and community as we genuinely care about the people we help.
• The attorney will help in every aspect of litigation, from drafting the complaint to answering and propounding discovery, working with expert witnesses, taking and attending depositions, mediations, and trial.
• The attorney will also handle client meetings and pre-litigation casework including demand preparation and insurance negotiations.
• Utilize case management software and Microsoft Teams to communicate office needs.
• The caseload will differ depending on the need, however the expectation is 50 plus cases.
• Travel to the office located in Surprise, AZ for in-person work.

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Must have experience utilizing technology to keep the office paperless:
• Case management software Filevine
• Microsoft Suite - Teams and Outlook
• Phone, fax, and copier
• 5 years of experience required in litigation and trial preparation
• Must be a self-starter and be able to communicate/notate a case from filing to trial
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to meet/exceed performance goals and objectives
