Job Overview: The Home Health Sales Representative is a key player in the growth and expansion of our home health agency. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to increase the agency's client base. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, potential clients, and community partners to promote our home health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients and referral sources through various channels including networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other potential referral sources.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and professional conferences to promote agency services.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Present and explain the benefits of our home health services to potential clients and referral sources.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Client Onboarding:
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about available services and assist them in navigating the intake process.

Pay: $80,070.00 - $92,670.00 per year
