Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Executive Assistant to support our business executive. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site at our downtown St. Petersburg office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from standard business activities to more complex assignments, and will often work independently without direct oversight.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high level executive in the at home healthcare industry. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, answering calls and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. 

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Familiarity with office management procedures
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of office gadgets and applications
