Candidates for all positions should be able to pass background checks, drug testing, and preemployment physical. Have reliable transportation, work ethic and the ability to read and follow content of written materials such as construction plans, instruction manuals and follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
All positions are responsible for the safe operation of a variety of construction equipment and vehicles, equipment maintenance and daily inspections. These positions all require the ability to obtain and maintain Operators Qualifications as defined by the DOT as required.
Laborer daily tasks include but are not limited to hand digging, flagging, lifting, carrying, and any support to the job. Applicants must be comfortable around moving equipment and be aware of their surroundings. Common knowledge of the utility and oil and gas industries are a plus.
