VICS CUSTOM PAINT & BODY is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Mobile, AL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Utilize computerized systems to input data, update records,
- Type documents as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience operating phone and handling multiple phone lines
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
- Familiarity with front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in performing various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
