Fire Finesse, LLC is Hiring a SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE Near Wethersfield, CT
We are seeking a SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE candidate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Our showroom hours are Tuesday - Friday 9:30 - 4:30, and Saturday 10-4. So the candidate must be able to work on Saturdays. The ideal candidate would be a team player that works well with others, is self motivated, and willing to help out in other areas when it is slow, or as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
