Role Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to develop and drive talent attraction strategies to identify, attract and engage top candidates (both internal and external) to promote the LIV brand. In this role, you will be involved in building talent pipelines for current and future job openings by examining hiring trends in anticipation of labor market changes using the data to adjust the way to approach hiring.

You will lead all sourcing strategies, and manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and recruitment agencies. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a variety of innovative employment branding programs and activities (in collaboration with Marketing). You will also be involved in preparing, and reviewing the annual recruitment budget, overseeing all stages of the candidate’s experience. In addition, you will also design, develop and implement the Intern Program, our social/digital media footprint, employee referral programs, and diversity hiring programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to have influence and impact on the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with Marketing to create an engaging and positive experience for everyone who reaches out to LIV, through the Career Site, job boards, social media, employment brand campaigns.
  • Develop and drive recruitment marketing campaigns, strategies, and programs to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings to ensure staffing needs of the company are being met, with long term talent strategy in mind.
  • Using internal and external data analytics, identify trends and patterns that will provide analytics for forecasting hiring approaches.
  • Ensure all internal team members are aware of internal opportunities through various communication and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with People & Culture team to maintain and execute a people focused approach, including building and updating current job descriptions, aligning to organizational structures.
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build out hiring scorecards for all roles with hiring managers at all levels to ensure clear candidate interviewer expectations.
  • Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and recruitment vendors.
  • Organize recruitment events such as job fairs to build a strong a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Design and manage the Internship Program hiring process.
  • Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget.
  • Create tools which allow People Acquisition to stay innovative and competitive.

Experience 

  • A successful track record of bringing diverse talent into a high-growth organization. You can manage multiple projects at a time and are comfortable with shifting priorities as business needs change
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. You develop strong relationships with the business and the stakeholders you support through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing at a high-growth global company. You are passionate about building relationships to create a pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Great judgement and the ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment. You can manage a recruitment marketing budget, spending, and report data to measure effectiveness of tools and campaigns.
  • Apply your project management skills to solve complex, ambiguous problems. You work well cross-functionally while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility during periods of rapid change, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Highly organized with a thorough understanding of recruitment methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience leading and creating new, innovative strategies based on market research when designing and implementing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Data driven, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

*Must be willing to work from our NY/WPB/UK office 4 days per week*

Required Skills 

  • 7 years working in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition for a technology-based company.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience at a growth-stage company is preferred.
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Workforce Now ADP, etc.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple levels including nonexempt, exempt, and leadership and executive leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience leading and creating new, innovative strategies based on market research.
  • Strong orientation to leading and managing business results and outcomes.

The hiring range for this position in New York ranges from $100,000- $120,000 USD.
