Position Summary
The Client Service Representative works closely with the Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families as well as corporate clients within the Wealth Management division of Shuster Advisory Group. This role offers the opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of wealth management client service, reporting and analytics as well as exposure to various custodial and portfolio accounting platforms.

Responsibilities:

• High-touch client service and daily use of the department’s technology platforms, including but not limited to: Schwab Advisor Center, Orion Advisor and Redtail.
• Assist with maintaining client relationships through pro-active communication and prompt responses to client requests and inquiries.
• Provide general assistance for clients regarding account status, money movement, account services and new technology.
• Assist with account document completion and onboarding.
• Organize and maintain filing system, file correspondence and other records, ensuring client information and documents are kept current.
• Assist in the creation and production of materials needed for client meetings.
• Collect, compile, and analyze moderately intricate data and information with the guidance of other team members.
• Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Experience and Technical Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Polished communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all clients and office personnel. This includes both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Schwab Advisor Center, Orion Advisor and Redtail a plus but not required.
