Premier Dry Cleaning Alteration boutique in the Lake Norman area is seeking a skilled Seamstress/Tailor.

Overview:
As a Seam/Tailor you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality alteration services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for garment construction, sewing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise in garment alterations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform garment alterations including hemming, resizing, and repairing garments as per customer specifications.
- Utilize sewing machines and hand sewing techniques to achieve precise alterations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling customers' alteration needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of alterations and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and offer professional advice on garment alterations.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in sewing and garment construction techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and alterations.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends and garment fitting.
- Experience operating sewing machines efficiently.
