Warehouse Associate Level 1 PART TIME Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Salary Range: $20.00
Hours: P/T Non-Exempt 2:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday Company: Premier Performance APG

The role of the Warehouse Associate Level 1 involves picking and shipping of all customer orders from the warehouse, receiving product in and putting away on shelves to keep stock replenished and up to date, as well as maintain the safety and neatness of the warehouse for the safety of all team members.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, and a drug test where applicable, for safety related positions upon hire (please note, not all charges disqualify you from employment). If this is a accounting position you need to add in pass a credit check / or if it is for a driving position you need to add in MVR check

The role of the Warehouse Associate Level 1 involves picking and shipping of all customer orders from the warehouse, receiving product in and putting away on shelves to keep stock replenished and up to date, as well as maintain the safety and neatness of the warehouse for the safety of all team members.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Picking/shipping orders from the warehouse.
- Move freight for shipping & pack & box in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Receive product & put away on shelves to keep stock replenished & updated.
- Maintain safety & neatness of warehouse.
- Help with inventory count on a periodic basis.
- Read & audit labels.
- Identify, count, & sort packages/inventory with a high level of urgency
- Participate in meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate.
- Follow Safety Guidelines
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6 months of stable work experience in a warehouse distribution center (preferred).
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on regular basis, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to go above and beyond.
- Good attendance record
- Requires extended periods of walking and standing, bending, and twisting, and overall repetitive movement.
- Requires work with others in a group or team with responsibility for work outcomes and results.
- Requires speaking/reading in English.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
- Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to use or become proficient using warehouse equipment to include RF scan gun, forklift, pallet jack, label machines, etc.
