This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Grove Harbour Marina location in Miami, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, and performing clerical duties. Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
