Madisonville Christmas Company is an 11-acre business that is a year-round destination for all things Christmas. Onsite, we have a Christmas store, outdoor pavilion / lawn, café, sports bar, and several food trucks. We operate with energy and passion for the collective good and seek to create an environment that is welcoming and unique for both our team members and our guests. We provide inspiring, creative, and curated designs and gifting solutions to help our guests find everything they need for Christmas.

Position Overview: The Baker is responsible for providing exceptional service which creates a positive, inviting, and memorable experience for our guests. A Baker is responsible for preparing breads, pastries, and other items at an establishment that serves food, processing customer orders, and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines. Bakers follow recipes consistently, make adjustments based on customer requests, communicate with wait staff and prepare orders.
