Schedule Tuesday-Saturday. We are seeking a Member Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for speaking with the members by phone/email and taking care of any issue that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and establish connections with members
• Gather information about member complaints.
• Hitting monthly goals for member retention.
• Developing strategies to retain members.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Connecting with the member and resolving any issue.

• Ability to take feedback.
• Customer service experience minimum of 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
