Twin Cities PBS (TPT) is one of the most innovative public media organizations in the country. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Project Manager. The Project Manager manages complex projects from planning though delivery. This position serves as liaison between stakeholders and technical development team and has both business and technical expertise.
The Project Manager leads project teams without direct people management responsibility. Communicates with and between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, other stakeholders and leadership to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are progressing to appropriate outcome and deadlines. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals. Tracks project tasks and communicates on project progress updates through appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring innovation. The Project Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure successful project completion and innovation.
Hiring Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on qualifications)
Hybrid Work Environment: Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Twin Cities Metro area.
Project Management & Business Analysis (75% of time)
Administrate Project Management Software (20% of time)
Other Duties as Assigned (5% of time)
