How You'll Make an Impact- Strategize and Curate: Support the development of visual assets and create engaging copy for our social media channels. Oversee content calendars and manage the daily content posting schedule. Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Community Management: Lead day-to-day interactions within the BWH online community. Collaborate with the CX team for social media send-outs, influencer gifting, giveaways, and delight initiatives.
- Influencer Programs: Support the BWH influencer program, including content tracking. Research and identify potential affiliates that reflect our brand values and ethos. Conduct thorough vetting processes to ensure affiliates are a perfect fit, assessing engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality.
- Skills and Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of houseplants and their care. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing for a DTC brand or retailer, with a proven record of growing and engaging followers. Hands-on experience in content management, social media calendar oversight, and strategy development for each channel.
- Experience and Key Skills: Proven ability to use insights and strategic thinking to shape priorities. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Suite, Notion and Figma. Capability to produce high-quality creative content, with videography and editing skills for social media content.
- Additional Traits: Creativity and the ability to bring our content and campaigns to life. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A passion for plants and community engagement.
