Dark Horse Beef & Deli Co is a independently owned and operated specialized butcher, deli and gourmet cheese company located inside of beautiful Ring Bros Marketplace in South Dennis. We strongly focus on offering the highest quality of food products to our customers with exceptional levels of customer service to deliver the best experience they can find on Cape Cod.

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. Meat Cutters are responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products for sale in a retail setting.

Experience in a food service setting with raw meat handling preferred but will train the right individual.

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize knives and other cutting equipment to portion and prepare meat products

- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of meat products

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and preparation tips

- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter is preferred or similar role in the food industry, will train.

- Preferrable knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality

- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
