We are looking for experienced Back of House Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills. Must have a great attitude and commitment to excellence.

BOH Manager will :

• Ensure proper handling, storage, & rotation of all food products in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Communicate effectively with BOH staff & provide staff with comprehensive directions to carry out tasks.
• Ensure adherence to recipes.
• Excel in portion control & presentation of all menu items in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with management team & maintenance department on repair issues.
• Have working knowledge of Inventory, Cost Control, Purchasing, & Receiving of product.
• Develop restaurant menus and specials.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen at all times.
