Eide Team Member - Job Description

Thank you for looking into our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team starting the second week of July. The Production Coordinator will play a key role in working with our Clients in their selections and the Operations Manager in building process, ensuring selection targets and procurement deadlines are met efficiently. We have a Pre-Construction team that handles most of the selections from Day 1, developing out Architecture, actual products, budgets to match, but as the home progresses, things always seem to change with little though given to what those changes do to budget and to the timeline of the build. Yourself and the Operations Manager are that stop gap to keep them loving the process and loving their Eide Build.

Duties:

- Coordinate and caringly oversee all selections with our clients

- Estimate selections with Operations Manager for clients
- Schedule and prioritize procurement of these selections
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Complete Selections Tabs, including photos, estimates and all the above in our project management software
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain email and selection communication records for clients

Qualifications:

- Have worked in the construction industry for 3-5 years
- Knowledge of new home high end construction
- Having a background of project management or production of homes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• High End Home Building: 3 years (Required)
• Buildertrend (or another Project Management Software): 1 year (Preferred)
