A global investment bank seeks a ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer for the day to day support of the ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting and performance tuning. This position is onsite 5 days/week in midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
• Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.

Qualified applicants should have:

• Over 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years in ServiceNow platform administration and enterprise architecture
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
• Proficient in authentication methods, including basic, OAuth2, and certificate-based authentication.
• Skilled in platform maintenance
• Proficient in scripting with GlideRecord and/or PowerShell
• Experienced with ServiceNow development APIs and Single Sign-On configuration and administration
• Holds ServiceNow certification
