Position Summary
The role of the Inventory Specialist is to assist with managing the inventory accounting of raw materials and finished product. This person, along with the logistics team, is responsible for maintaining accurate accountability of inventory reporting. They will work alongside the shipping/receiving team to problem-solve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Essential Functions
· Controls inventory and confirms that physical inventory matches system inventory by performing full and cycle inventory counts.
· Coordinate with Logistics team to assure all logistics tasks are being completed on time and correctly.
· Assists with the organization and accountability of production runs to ensure all data from the inbound receiving to shipping the final product is correct.
· Monitor product inventory to ensure availability of all outgoing transactions.
· Verify document validity and accuracy for all service work.
· Communicate any discrepancies with inventory to the Logistics and Stow departments.
· Work alongside internal staff to ensure all inventory is 100% accounted for.
· Work closely with the logistics, shipping, & Quality Assurance teams to assure all required documents are provided to the customer and correct for invoicing.
· Assure inbound and outbound BOL are signed and saved properly to assure proper order tracking.
· Compile reports using multiple documents in Adobe PDF for customers.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

· Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with a diversified group of people.
· Ability to effectively communicate over the phone, via email, and other messenger apps (WhatsApp and Viber).
· Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment to assure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
· Ability and willingness to work in a team setting, keeping in mind that team members may be remote to your location.
Education and Experience:
· Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; or one (1) or more years of Logistics experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

· None. Reports to the Logistics Manager.
