This is an onsite opportunity, and the ideal candidate must have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in similar industries. • Identify and target potential sales opportunities through lead generation.
• Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our roofing services.
• Work closely with potential and existing customers, earning their trust and understanding their individual needs.
• Navigate the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that the services sold are delivered to the customer's satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve sales techniques and learn about new products.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Adhere to all company protocols, values, and codes of conduct.

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in in-home sales, insurance restoration sales, roofing sales, security system sales, or solar system sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and develop strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
• Professional appearance and a friendly manner to set customers at ease.
• Ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• High motivation for sales and resilience with rejection.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Background in construction or home improvement industries is a major plus.
