**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling financial matters, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise medical office staff

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

- Oversee patient scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow

- Handle billing, coding, and insurance claims

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

- Maintain medical records in compliance with regulations

- Monitor inventory of medical and office supplies

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical terminology

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff

- Experience in internal medicine or healthcare management

- Knowledge of practice and fiscal management in a medical setting

- Familiarity with eClincialWorks or other electronic health record systems

- Managing billing and collections

- Handling patient inquiries and complaints

- Manage office finances including familization with QuickBooks, Availity, OpenEdge, Paycom , ADP payroll and other healthcare software is a plus.

- Previous experience in human healthcare administration
