**Job Title: Sales Assistant for Banquet Hall
** **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at The Metropolitan Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and bookings for our event hall, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our venue.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales and Business Development:** Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through our existing database, marketing networks, and client referrals. Sales Assistant will engage customer over a call, identify the celebration needs, educate customer on what the club can offer, and work with the sales manager in preparing the proposal-
**Client Consultations:** Meet with potential clients to understand their event needs, conduct site tours, and provide detailed information about our venue, packages, and services. -
**Proposal and Contract Management:** Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring client requirements are met. -
**Coordination and Planning:** Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events. Communicate client preferences and special requests to the relevant departments. -
**Market Analysis:** Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction. -
**Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event execution. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. -
**Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and booking status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
