Full-time and part-time available.

Preferred schedule: Day Shift (11:00 AM- 2:00 PM); Night shift 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere that contributes to the satisfaction of both employees and customers.
• Clean and prepare the dining area for service.
• Greet and assist in seating customers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Accurately document customer orders.
• Delivers beverages and meals on time.
• Asks for customer feedback.
• Prepares bills and processes payments.
• Need to perform some cleaning duties, including dining table, dining area, and service station.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating professionalism and maturity.
• Take the initiative to complete assigned tasks.
• Display the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.

Qualifications

• Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a related position.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Full-time, or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week committed.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States & successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
