Heart & Soil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Strategist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, and a track record of driving engagement and growth. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and fostering a strong online community.

You are passionate about health & wellness, nutrition, and producing highly engaging content to help us spread our mission. You possess strategist experience in a related role and you are well-versed in the major social platforms and know how to identify & capitalize on trends. You have a ‘sweep-the-floors’ mentality and are willing to do what it takes to help our social presence continue to thrive.

Experience Required: 2 year(s) in a related role in Social Media

Availability: Full-time (some weekend work required)

Location: Dripping Springs, TX (30 minutes from Austin)

What You Will Do**:**

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Manage and maintain the Radical Health Radio social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and image.
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to drive user engagement and grow the follower base.
• Cultivate an online community by fostering positive interactions and responding to feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
