Education and Training:

1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
2. Must have a current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Tennessee OR Multistate/compact state licensure
3. Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must have an active CPR Certification
6. Knowledge of the LPN scope of practice
7. Strong Internet, charting system, and email skills
8. Must have a reliable source of transportation and maintain a driver's license in good standing

The qualified candidate for this position must be a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSING. The LPN must be a team player, able to follow oral and written instructions, be capable of charting accurately in the Patient Care Record and possess a pleasant and cheerful personality. Candidates who can present a COVID Vaccination card will be reviewed with high priority.
