Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This position is for our Sumner Specialized Physical Therapy team and our Specialized Strength Fitness team. The ideal candidate will assist our team in scheduling and helping our clients make the best decisions regarding their health, wellness, fitness, and overall quality of life. This is a beginning-level sales position with on-the-job training and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with Customers: Interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
· Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
· Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships.
· Client Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling appointments and follow-up sessions.
· Health and Wellness Guidance: Help clients make informed decisions about their health, wellness, and fitness routes.
· Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
