We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Window Film Installer to work on providing excellence in automotive detailing, protection, and maintenance in our studio. If this sounds like you, read our full current position below:

At Scott’s Solar Auto Spa, our specialty is high-end automotive detailing. This means we provide the highest quality detailing, paint correction, paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating services. Your role as Window Film Installer is to manage your own time in order to provide the highest quality craftsmanship. Our work is done in a climate-controlled shop.

Your responsibilities and workday will consist of:

Cleaning the windows of any dirt and debris
Applying smoothening agents to prepare the windows for installation.
Understanding the vehicle window specifications and customer requirements before beginning the tinting procedure
Stripping old window film and applying primer before fitting the new one when necessary
Using different film-cutting techniques
Installing window film using appropriate tools like a heat gun, soft squeegee, and spray bottle
Reviewing and providing the customer with an approximate quote and completion timeline
Maintaining a clean workstation during and after the window tinting procedure
Explaining and recommending various window film to the customers
Advising customers on the after-care procedures
Taking accurate measurements of the window and glass size
Staying up to date with the latest advances in window film

Communicate with customers in person, and over the phone, to make sales, update on progress, and or inform the customer of any necessary information. (Using company phone)

While these responsibilities are the vast majority of your daily work, you can expect additional responsibilities over time as you are trained and become comfortable in our studio.
