We are beginning our search to add a worship leader to our team at Propel. While it would be a benefit for this worship leader to play an instrument, it is not necessary for this role. This role is comprised primarily of Sunday morning responsibilities outlined below:

• Make every effort to bring the vision of Propel Church to life.
• Lead worship on Sunday mornings.
• Work alongside of our existing team to ensure scheduling is accomplished efficiently.
• Assist in recruiting, equipping, and training volunteers to serve on the worship team as directed by the Lead Pastor.
• Ensure the assigned Worship Team are equipped and prepared to perform with excellence.
• Participate in production and creative meetings as necessary.

Propel Church was started in the small 1800-person town of Mount Pleasant, NC by Pastor Nick and Tori Newman. Propel hosted it's first worship experience at Mount Pleasant High School on September 20th, 2015 alongside of 28 volunteers we call the "dream team." Since 2015, Propel has experienced over 800 decisions for Jesus, almost 400 baptisms, has navigated location changes, a pandemic, and is now embarking on building a brand new facility in town.
