Elite Title Services, LLC is a small business in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Processing paper work for a smooth closing .
We are a local Title Company looking to expand and seeking another Real Estate Attorney to become a part of our team!
You would conduct our closings in our Myrtle Beach office Monday through Thursday from 10am-2pm. This position is perfect for someone that doesn't want the stress of dealing with payroll or developing their own book of business. Our title company handles all the paralegal service from ordering title, reviewing, issuing title insurance and preparing all closing documents, bookeeping.
Looking for a knowledgeable and personable individual that will be able to conduct our real estate closings professionally. Will need to be able to understand and explain closing documents. We will train the right person.
Must be licensed in South Carolina and a plus if also licensed in North Carolina.
