Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care such as referring to MOHs Surgeon or Superficial Radiation Therapy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Feels comfortable with Minor Surgical Procedures.
- Preferred but not required Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to perform advanced procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $118,584.00 per year
