Rapidly Expending Skilled Home Care Agency located in Beachwood Hiring Register Nurse (RN) for EAST SIDE SUBURBS.
We are seeking compassionate and experienced RN / Register Nurse to provide professional and companionate nursing care in client’s home setting, according to the physician-established individualized treatment plan, monitors and documents client condition, progress and outcomes. Helping You Home Care believes that qualified nurses are create a bridge between medical providers, advocates and health educates patients, families, and communities.
Pay rate: starting $ 45.00 per visit

Register Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Currently holds an active RN license to work in Ohio
CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment or nursing stuff
Possess a strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation, CMS, and other skilled home care regulations
Strong patient assessment skills
Great Customer Service Skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated clinical competency
Valid Driver license and Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation to worksite location
At list one year home care experience strongly preferred, 1 Year of resent hospital or SNF experience required
Current TB test or chest x-ray.
RNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
Performs ordered nursing procedures and treatments; initiates preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing services, in accordance with State law and within the scope of a registered nurse.
Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, and transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and NOMNC/ABN according to Agency policy within defined time frames.
Observes and reports any signs or symptoms indicative of changes of condition/change in family situation to Clinical Supervisor, physician, and other health care providers; ensures changes are included as part of the clinical record.
Maintains appropriate, professional, and timely communication with client, client representatives, physicians, the Agency and other parties involved in the client’s care.
Supervises other agency personnel including but not limited to home health aides and licensed practical nurses.
Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
